Who do you contact at the Synod Office for the following tasks?
The Synod Office is always here to support our parishes. As part of overarching administrative functions, Anna van der Hooft has access to the following:
- global administrator access in all Microsoft Office 365 accounts
- adminsitrative access for all websites in case a parish get locked out
Below is a list of issues/questions/functions that may pop up and who to ask for help if you are unable to solve it:

- locked out of Microsoft Office 365
- locked out of Website
- website or MS Office 365 emails down – check your DNS settings with your domain name registration company and Tithely support first, then contact Anna V if this is not the problem.
- for phishing or hacking reports and advice

- to have events in Comings and Goings
- to have events covered by Faith Tides
Parish Administrators
- to share events – use share function on the website
- for issues with parishioners struggling logging into their own 365 accounts - the parish administrator or a tech company of your choosing
Total Support
- for issues with parishioners struggling logging into their own 365 accounts if the parish administrator cannot handle this task. Parishioners should ask the parish administrator and then Total Support or the tech company of your choosing. Please note: all parish tech related bills are not billable to the synod office. They are the resposibility of the parish.
- for updates to software, computer updates or upgrade. Please reach out to Total Support or the tech company of your choosing.
