The Synod Office provides annual tech training opportunities for all parish adminsitrators at Parish Adminsitrator Day. Parish Adminsitrators are all global administrators of their parish MO 365 accounts and manage the daily tech support needs for their congregation. In the event of a tech problem arising, parish adminsitrators can reach out to the Digital Communciations and Project Coordinator, Anna van der Hooft, for advice and support. (Please note, Anna van der Hooft will be on Maternity Leave from August 1, 2024 until February 1, 2024).
If a parish does not have someone who can offer tech support, please contact Total Support Solutions at help@totalsupport.solutions or call 1.855.437.4335. They will be happy to assist you and will invoice your parish after their work in complete. Please note: All hours are billable directly to the parish for calls for advice, support and work completed.
