Until weekend of April 1/2
in the Nave, Christ Church Cathedral
You still have time to take in the wonderful art work currently on display in the Nave! Entitled ‘Reconciliation,’ it was created by the Grade 8 class of Christ Church Cathedral School under the instruction of Sandi Heinrich and inspired by Keith Haring.
Reconciliation uses art to explore reconciliation. What is the role of power in reconciliation? Does reconciliation mean that we need to be the same? How can we offer our heart in reconciliation? Reconciliation challenges viewers with these questions and more. Come, be inspired and perhaps even reconciled.
Kate Newman, Religious Education Teacher at CCC School, and Coordinator of Children, Youth, and Family ministries at the Cathedral, curated the show. Pictured below is one of the paintings.
