The bishop has accepted the resignation of The Very Reverend M. Ansley Tucker as dean of the diocese and rector of Christ Church Cathedral, so that she may retire. Her last day will be October 31, 2022. The bishop expresses gratitude for Ansley’s ministry as a priest of this diocese and for her leadership at the Cathedral, in the region, and diocesan wide. She will be missed by all her colleagues and most especially by the people of the Cathedral parish. 

 The Rev’d Canon Jeannine Friesen will serve as the full-time interim priest-in-charge while the Cathedral parish searches for a new dean and rector. She and Ansley will have two weeks working alongside each other after Ansley’s last Sunday, which will be October 16, 2022.
