As the executive director of the diocese, Brendon serves in the diocese by supporting and implementing the ministry and mission of both the bishop and the Synod, and any commissions and committees established by them. Broadly, he is responsible for the diocesan mission fund committee, property and leases, implementation and tracking of Diocesan Council, privacy, and refugee matters.
Brendon has a PhD in theology focusing on the biographical method of James Wm McClendon Jr. Brendon and his wife Melanie have lived in Victoria since 2017.
