Volunteers and employees of the diocese often travel to meetings and incur other expenses while serving on behalf of the diocese. Many of these expenses may be reimbursed. Contact us if you have any questions about what qualifies.
Submit your form and receipts via email to accounts@bc.anglican.ca (and if applicable, copy the appropriate synod office staff person who is aware of your expenses and can approve it for payment.) Sending by mail also works if that's easier for you, but a hard copy is not required if you've already sent a photo/scan by email.
