The Educational Trusts Board administers the legacy trusts for educational grants for lay and clergy. It also sponsors the annual John Albert Hall lecture series at the University of Victoria. Below you will find our policies and a list of grants and bursaries currently available to lay and ordained members of the diocese.
There are five annual meetings and opportunities to apply. These deadlines apply to all four of the legacy trusts administered by the Board.

GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR CLERGY
For ordained clergy to attend a short-term course, seminar, workshop or conference.
CHG Mann Trust Scholarship Form
For ordination candidates to pursue theological studies.
CHG Mann Trust Fellowship Form
For ordained clergy to pursue post-graduate programs or extended study leave (aka sabbatical).

For laity (Anglicans who are not ordained) to attend a short-term course, seminar, workshop or conference.

Program Organizers Funding Application Form
Organizers of educational events may apply for funding for speaker/facilitator fees or travel/accommodation expenses, learning materials such as printed resources, books, and supplies, and other specified expenses.
REPORTING FORMS FOR CLERGY AND ORDINATION CANDIDATES
Clergy or ordination candidates who have received a grant from the ETB are required to complete a Post-Grant Reporting form within sixty days of completion of their funded studies.
