In the fall of 2021 Bishop Anna hosted a four-week book study of Cynthia Moe-Lobeda's award-winning book Resisting Structural Evil: Love as Ecological–Economic Vocation.
Facilitated by a different person each week, sessions engaged Dr. Moe-Lobeda's work to draw us into a deeper understanding of the ecological crisis we face, and its interconnections to racial and economic justice.
In this session, Bishop Anna leads attendees through chapters 1-3 of the book and opens our conversation through introducing the book, the context it addresses, and the key concept of structural violence and evil.
