For quite a while now the only remaining COVID safety requirement in the Diocese has been that those distributing communion wear masks. We have now decided to remove that as a requirement and to encourage parishes and individuals to use their discretion as to when they will and will not mask. We have learned, through the pandemic, of the importance of handwashing and of the benefits of mask wearing in limiting the spread of infection.

At this point the Anglican adage, "all may, some should, none must" applies to masking in the Diocese.
