Ruth Dantzer Appointed University of Victoria Chaplain

The bishop has announced the permanent appointment of Ruth Dantzer as the Anglican chaplain at UVic's Multifaith Services department, effective September 1, 2017. Ruth assumed the role on an iterim basis in January, 2017.
