A Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

On January 21, 2024 a special service was held at Christ Church Cathedral in Victoria to recognize the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The service brought together christians in our community from our own diocese, Grace Lutheran, Broad View United, The Greater Victoria Ethiopian Orthodox St Gabriel Church of Victoria, and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Victoria.

A special note of thanks goes out for the performance of the Lord's Prayer (in their prefereed language, Aman BeAma) sung by the Sunday School Choir of the Greater Victoria Ethiopian Orthodox St Gabriel Church. Their joyful singing of this prayer brought the service to a close.
