There continues to be some confusion and lack of clarity about how to access the wardens@[parishdomain] email addresses in Office 365. This lunch and learn is for parish wardens who would like to take the mystery out of parish/diocesan communications.
Catherine Pate, diocesan director of communications will walk through:
a) Where do I go to get my email? Web-based access and email client access instructions
b) What happens when someone emails wardens@[parishdomain]?
c) Why do I also have to have a named account e.g. email@example.com?
d) Why do I have to use this email account anyway?
Others using parish-assigned email accounts are also welcome to join this workshop, understanding that approximately half of the time will be spent making sense of shared inboxes.
