This weekend is the investiture service of the Order of the Diocese of British Columbia, which  recognizes lay people who have given extraordinary service to their parishes and the diocese.

Clergy Day this November will take place at Christ Church Cathedral in Victoria, BC in the Chapter Room. This event is for all licensed Clergy and registration is required for catering purposes. Attendance is manditory.

The day will begin at 9:30am with tea, coffee,  and light breakfast snacks. Lunch will be provided at a nearby restaurant. The day will conclude at 3:30pm. 

Registration deadline: October 31, 2023

The deadline to submit your Parish Annual Operational Grant application is October 31, 2023 at 5pm.

Stephen Martin passed away last week, may he rest in God's peace and rise with Christ in glory.  Steve was a long-time parishioner at St. Matthias, former Chair of Rogers Court Society and the former Executive Officer of the Diocese under Bishop Logan.

There will be a celebration of life at St. Matthias on November 4, at 1:30pm.
