A conversation with the first four female Anglican Communion primates
In the lead-up to the installation of Archbishop of Canterbury Sarah Mullally as the first woman to serve in the role, Episcopal News Service convened a conversation with the Anglican Communion’s first four female primates. Among them was Archbishop Linda Nicholls, who was the Anglican Church of Canada’s primate from 2019 to 2024.

Parish Learning HubTuesday, March 31, 2026 The next online Parish Learning Hub session takes place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 12 p.m. Join Karen Hill and Dwayne Robinson for an in-depth session on the basics of cyber security and what to do if you suspect hacking. Special guest Dwayne Robinson will join us from The Private Network. Dwayne has an extensive background in cyber security and will be there to share his persective and answer any questions. Everyone is welcome to attend these free sessions, regardless of their role within the parish or whether they are a volunteer or employee. 50 Years of the Priesting of WomenSave the date: November 23-26, 2026 The diocese is excited to invite you to be part of a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Priesting of Women in the Anglican Church of Canada. Come and join us as we give thanks for the many ways women have contributed to the life of the Church as presbyters and look to the future to examine the challenges that lie ahead for women in the Church and Canadian society.
