The Provincial School for Congregational DevelopmentFall 2026 The Provincial School for Congregational Development is a two-year program offering training in congregational and organization development. Supporting congregational teams of lay and clergy leaders, the provincial school helps equip congregational leaders with needed knowledge, practices, skills, and tools to become healthier, more faithful, and more resilient in their ministry. As a collaborative initiative of the Ecclesiastical Province of BC & Yukon, the school facilitates relationship-building amongst leaders throughout the province. You can find out more about the school and dates for the coming year here. We are currently inviting new participants to join the program in the fall. Parishes typically send teams of 2-4 people, including clergy and laity, though the number of people who can participate each year is limited. If this is something you and your parish are interested in, contact Executive Archdeacon Jenny Replogle at jreplogle@bc.anglican.ca. |
