Karen will be teaching the basics of microsoft word and excel formatting. \n \nDate: Nov 25\, 2025 (moved to December 2 2025)\nTitle: Quickbooks and introducing a new Payroll System\nInstructor: Meghan Thong er \nDescription: Managing basic bookkeeping at the parish level is somet imes managed by a professional bookkeeper but often it is looked after by a volunteer. Sometimes this job falls under the job description of the par ish administrator. Meghan will provide an overview of the program QuickBoo ks and introduce our new payroll system which will be rolled out in the ne w year. This can include documents\, photos\, videos\, a nd financial information\, to name a few. Anna will provide a tour of Shar ePoint and discuss the file storage methods being used at the parish level .
