Facilitators: Esther Wesley and Michael Thomson, Anglican Church of Canada

This is a journey of discovery for the participants towards courageous conversations. The desired outcomes from the training includes an acknowledgement of the existence of racism in our society and in our church, and that the struggle against racism is a continuous effort. This training is the beginning of a process towards your commitment to dismantle it.

Participants who have experienced racism understand only too well how racism affects individuals, how it works, how it feels and how racism has manifested itself in many forms and in varying degrees.
